How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at support@hkjsm.com with:

• Your license key or the email address used for purchase
• A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe
• Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated

Exceptions

Refund requests made after 30 days from the purchase date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
